    This paper deals with the moduli spaces of bounded complexes of vector bundles over a smooth projective variety in the context of algebraic geometry. The main result is that if \(X\) is a Calabi-Yau variety of dimension \(d\) then this moduli stack has a (\(d-1\))-shifted Poisson structure. In the case \(d=1\), the authors construct a natural foliation and recover various known Poisson structures. The authors also make a link between the Poisson-structure and the semi-classical limits of the elliptic Sklyanin algebras.
