The \textit{lens data} of a surface with boundary is the data of where and when unit speed geodesics entering at any given point of the boundary first emerge at the boundary. A surface is \textit{lens rigid} if any surface with isometric boundary and thence isomorphic lens data is isometric. The authors prove the lens rigidity of the flat Möbius strip, the flat cylinder, and negatively curved cylinders with convex boundary. They make use of the Crofton formula to relate numbers of intersections of corresponding pairs of geodesics.
