Using Bohnenblust-Karlin's fixed point theorem, the paper studies in a Hilbert space the approximate controllability for a class of second-order differential inclusions by providing a set of sufficient conditions. In addition, the authors extend their result to establish a set of sufficient conditions for the approximate controllability in a Hilbert space for a class of second-order differential inclusions with nonlocal conditions and for a class of second-order impulsive differential inclusions with nonlocal conditions. An example in partial differential equation is given to illustrate the theoretical results.
