The steady Navier-Stokes equations \(UU_x+VU_y+P_x=\epsilon \Delta U\), \(UV_x+VV_y+P_y=\epsilon \Delta V\), \(U+x+V_y=0\) are considered in the domain \((0,\theta_0)\times (R_0,\infty)\) in the polar coordinates with the no slip boundary conditions. The Prandtl boundary layer theory is justified by asymptotic analysis as \(\epsilon \to 0\). The flow, i.e., the velocity \((U,V)\), is decomposed into the sum of the Euler flow (\(\epsilon=0\)) and the flow in the boundary layer of size \(\sqrt{\epsilon}\). The validity of the asymptotic expansion and the norm estimations in the inviscid limit are established.
