The \(n\)-th Lee class is the quasivariety (actually a variety) generated by the pseudocomplemented distributive lattice obtained from the Boolean algebra \(B_n\) with \(n\) atoms by adjoining a new greatest element \(1\notin B_n\). It may be also considered as a (proper) quasivariety of pseudocomplemented semilattices. The main result of the paper under review (Theorem 1.1) asserts that each Lee class may be axiomatized by a single quasi-identity that, syntactically and semantically, has a simple description.
