The purpose of this paper is to introduce a local characterization of the strong Świątkowski property, which is connected with the idea of functions having strong Świątkowski property at a point. The main result of this paper is proving that a function \(f\) is a strong Świątkowski function if and only if it has a strong Świątkowski property at each point of its domain.
