The authors use the full kinematic model to classify the steady solutions with positive (or negative) curvature. Various types of solutions are obtained, such as rotating and translating waves, especially for the rotating spiral waves. Comparing their results with previous ones, the only evolving plane curves with positive (or negative) curvature must have a monotonous curvature behavior via a simplified model but the full model admits solutions with nonmonotonous curvature behavior.
