    Let \(G\) be a partially ordered group. Elements \(a>0\) and \(b>0\) in \(G\) are said to be \textit{almost orthogonal elements} whenever the inequalities \(x \leq a, b\) imply the inequalities \(nx \leq a, b\) for all \(x\in G\) and all integers \(n > 0\). A partially ordered group \(G\) is called an \(\mathcal{AO}\)\textit{-group} if each element \(g\in G\) has a represenation \(g=a-b\) for some almost orthogonal elements \(a,b\in G\). A partially ordered ring \(R\) is called \textit{partially pseudo-ordered} if for every \(a\geq 0\), inequalities \(ab\leq a\) and \(ba\leq a\) hold for all \(b\in R\). A partially pseudo-ordered ring \(R = \langle R,+, \cdot, \leq\rangle\) is called \(\mathcal{AO}\)\textit{-ordered} if the group \(\langle R,+, \leq\rangle\) is an \(\mathcal{AO}\)-group. Homomorphisms of \(\mathcal{AO}\)-groups, partially pseudo-ordered rings, \(\mathcal{AO}\)-ordered rings as well as ideals of partially pseudo-ordered and \(\mathcal{AO}\)-ordered rings are described. \(\mathcal{AO}\)-prime rings, \(\mathcal{AO}\)-prime ideals, pseudo-\(t\)-nilpotent elements and \(\mathcal{AO}\)-prime radicals for a ring are defined and the following main results obtained: the \(\mathcal{AO}\)-prime radical \(M=\mathcal{AO}\)-rad(\(R\)) for an \(\mathcal{AO}\)-ordered ring \(R\) is the set of all pseudo-\(t\)-nilpotent elements of \(R\) and \(\mathcal{AO}\)-rad(\(R/M)=\{M\}\).
