Let \(E\) be a set of cardinality \(\omega_{1}\). Let \(G\) be a group of transformations of \(E\) with \(|G| \leq \omega_{1}\). The author proves that every non-zero \(\sigma\)-finite \(G\)-invariant metrically transitive measure on \(E\) which vanishes on singletons has a non-separable \(G\)-invariant extension. It is noted that this extension is \textit{not} metrically transitive in general.
