This article is devoted to consider Denjoy-extremal entire functions A(z), i.e. A(z) is of finite order \(\rho\) and \(K=2\rho\) distinct finite asymptotic values. Three theorems will be proved: (1) If \(\liminf_{r\to \infty}\log (M(r,A)/r^{K/2})\) is finite, then A(z) is right-prime. (2) If P(z) is a non-constant polynomial, having no zeros common with A(z), then A(z)/P(z) is right-prime. (3) If \(f_ 1\), \(f_ 2\) are two linearly independent solutions of \(f''+A(z)f=0\), then \(\max (\lambda (f_ 1),\lambda (f_ 2))=+\infty\), where \(\lambda\) stands for exponent of convergence of the zero-sequence.
