Hamiltonian systems with two degrees of freedom are considered in a neighbourhood of a quadratically tangent homoclinic orbit to a saddle-focus. An orbit behaviour is examined. Invariant nonuniform hyperbolic subsets, depending on an intrinsic parameter, are described by means of symbolic dynamics. These dynamics have countably many states. The complete description of all orbits was formulated in two main theorems.
