Une nouvelle obstruction à l'intégrabilité des variétés de Poisson régulières. (A new obstruction to the integrability of regular Poisson manifolds) (Q1190714)

The paper deals with the problem of universal symplectic integration: Given a Poisson manifold find a global symplectic groupoid (connected and simply connected fibres), which covers the given manifold by a Poisson morphism. After a short but clear survey of the problem and its current status a new necessary condition (obstruction) is formulated and proven.
