Let \(X=\text{Spec }R\) be a commutative smooth affine algebraic variety over \(\mathbb{C}\). \textit{M. Kapranov} [J. Reine Angew. Math. 505, 73-118 (1998; Zbl 0918.14001)] introduced and studied a concept of noncommutative spaces. Thus, the sheaf \({\mathcal O}_X^f\) of noncommutative algebras on \(X\), a noncommutative formal structure on \(X\), is defined by means of a certain localization of the associative algebra \(R^f\), a noncommutative formal completion of \(X\). The authors show that this formal structure coincides with the microlocal structure sheaf \({\mathcal O}^\mu_R\) on \(X=\text{Spec }R_{ab}\), the result of algebraic microlocalization of \(R^f\), where \(R_{ab}=R/[R,R]\) is the Abelization of \(R\). Then they describe an extension of this construction for the scheme of \(n\)-dimensional representations of an affine \(\mathbb{C}\)-algebra \(A\) and study the case when \(A\) is the path algebra of a quiver.
