This paper deals with multizeta values in positive characteristic. The author defines two parameterized families of maps between the spaces of power sum relations and posits that these two families along with one relation, and describe all relations. Let \(g_k\) be the dimension of the \({\mathbb F}_q(t)\) linear space generated by the multizeta values of weight \(k\). The author conjectures (Conjecture 7.1) that \(g_k\) is equal to \(2^{k-1}\) if \(1\leq k< q\); \(2^{k-1}-1\) if \(k=q\) and \(\sum_{i=1}^q g_{k-i}\) if \(k>q\). For the classical multizeta values, Zagier's conjecture establishes that \(d_k=d_{k-2}+d_{k-3}\). In the function field setting this is Conjecture 5.1 in the paper. Finally, in Theorem 7.2 it is shown that these conjectures are equivalent for all \(q\) and weights such that \(1\leq k \leq \max\{q+3,11\}\).
