A system of monic polynomials \(\{\Phi_n\}\) defined on the unit circle \(\mathbb{T}=\{ z\in\mathbb{C}:|z|=1\}\) is orthogonal with respect to a probability measure \(\mu\) if \(\int_\mathbb{T}\Phi_n(z)\;z^{-j}\;d\mu=0\) for \(0\leq j<n\). The author investigates the asymptotic behavior as \(n\rightarrow \infty\) of a fundamental system of orthogonal polynomials on the unit circle defined by Szegő recursion \(\Phi_{n+1}(z)=z\Phi_n(z)-\overline{\alpha_n} \, z^n \overline{\Phi_n(z)}\), \(z^{n+1}\, \overline{\Phi_{n+1}(z)}= z^n \overline{\Phi_n(z)}-\alpha_n \, z \Phi_n(z)\). For randomized Verblunsky parameters \(\{ \alpha_n\}\) satisfying certain conditions, the author proves the existence of a bound \(C\) in uniform norm independent of \(n\), namely the relation \(\sup_n\|\Phi_n^*\|_{L^\infty(\mathbb{T})}\leq C\), where \(\Phi_n^*(z)=z^n \overline{\Phi_n(z)}\).
