A semi-Riemannian manifold \((M, g)\) is a Yamabe soliton if it admits a vector field \(V\) such that \(L_V g = (\lambda-r)g\) where \(\lambda\in \mathbb{R}\) and \(r\) is the scalar curvature. \par The author proves that if a three-dimensional para-Sasakian manifold or a three-dimensional paracosymplectic manifold is a Yamabe soliton, then it is of constant scalar curvature. The author also proves that if a semi-Riemannian metric on a three-dimensional para-Kenmotsu manifold is a Yamabe soliton, then the manifold is of constant sectional curvature \(-1\). Some examples of such Yamabe solitons are also given.
