The main result of the paper is stated as its title: of course, the function mentioned there is non-exhaustive! The surface in question is an open neighbourhood of a real compact surface of genus at most 2 in the complex projective plane. The construction of a strongly plurisubharmonic function is quite explicit and elementary. To show the non-existence of holomorphic functions, on the other hand, the author relies on a deep theorem of Nemirovski.
