A generalized Halanay inequality on impulsive delayed dynamical systems and its applications (Q2393226)

The authors establish a generalized Halanay differential inequality on impulsive delayed systems that can be used to stabilize an unstable delayed dynamical system through impulses. They then applied their results to a crypto system having chaotic character at both the transmitter and the receiver. This is followed by an example and simulation.
