Let \(\mathcal{H}\) be the multivariate Hankel transform defined by \[ \mathcal{H}(f)(x)=\int_{(0,\infty)^d}f(\lambda) E_x(\lambda)\,dv(\lambda), \] where \[ E_x(\lambda)=\Pi_{k=1}^d(x_k\lambda_k)^{-\alpha_k+1/2} J_{\alpha_k-1/2}(x_k\lambda_k), dv(\lambda)=\lambda^{2\alpha}\,d\lambda \] and \(\alpha=(\alpha_1,\ldots,\alpha_d)\) with each \(\alpha_k>-1/2\). In this paper, some sufficient conditions on the bounded function \(m(\lambda)\) are presented so that the multiplier type operator \(\mathcal{H}(m\mathcal{H}(f))\) is bounded on \(L^p(dv)\) with \(p\in(1,\infty]\) and of weak-type \((1,1)\). Sufficient conditions for the boundedness of \(\mathcal{H}(m\mathcal{H}(f))\) on the Hardy space \(H^1((0,\infty)^d,dv)\) in the sense of Coifman and Weiss are also obtained.
