The twisted Laplacian is the Schrödinger operator of a particle moving under the influence of a magnetic field. It appears in the study of the quantum Hall effect. In this paper, an explicit formula is given for the integral kernel of the Schrödinger equation governed by the twisted Laplacian as well as its interpretation in terms of cyclic models in physics.
