Let \(\mathrm{UD}(\mathbb Z_p,\mathbb C_p)\) be the set of uniformly differentiable function on \(\mathbb Z_p\). For \(f\in \mathrm{UD}(\mathbb Z_p,\mathbb C_p)\), the author [Russ. J. Math. Phys. 9, No. 3, 288--299 (2002; Zbl 1092.11045)] defined the \(p\)-adic invariant \(q\)-integral on \(\mathbb Z_p\) by \[ I_{q}(f)=\int_{\mathbb Z_p}f(x)\,d\mu_{q}(x)=\lim(1/([p^{N}]_{q}))\sum_{x=0}^{p^{N}-1}f(x)q^{x}, \] where \(N\in \mathbb N\) and \[ \mu_{q}(x)=\mu_{q}(x+p^{N}\mathbb Z_p)=((q^{x})/([p^{N}]_{q})). \] Observe that \[ \lim_{q}I_{q}(f)=\int_{\mathbb Z_p}f(x)\,d\mu(x)=\lim(1/(p^{N}))\sum_{x=0}^{p^{N}-1}f(x), \] which is called the Volkenborn integral, where \(d\mu(x)\) denotes the Haar distribution. The \(q\)-deformed \(p\)-adic fermionic integral on \(\mathbb Z_p\) is defined by \[ I_{-q}(f)=\int_{\mathbb Z_p}f(x)\,d\mu_{-q}(x)=\lim(1/([p^{N}]_{-q}))\sum_{x=0}^{p^{N}-1}f(x)(-q)^{x}. \] In view of notation, \(I_{-q}(f)\) can be written symbolically as \(\lim_{q \to -q}I_{q}(f)\). The author, using the \(q\)-deformed \(p\)-adic fermionic integral on \(\mathbb Z_p\), derives identities of symmetry for the Frobenius-Euler polynomials and numbers. The author also obtains a recurrence relation and a multiplication theorem for these polynomials. Finally, the author gives several nice identities and relations on the \(q\)-deformed \(p\)-adic fermionic integral on \(\mathbb Z_p\) and the Frobenius-Euler polynomials and numbers.
