The author considers a smooth manifold \(M\), a one-parameter family \(g_{t}\) of metrics, and a one-parameter family \(H_{t}\) of closed three-forms on \(M\). The generalized Ricci flow is written as \[ \frac{\partial }{\partial t} g=-2\mathrm{Ric}+\frac{1}{2}H^{2}, \qquad \frac{\partial }{\partial t}H=-dd_{\ast g}H, \] where \(H^{2}(X,Y)=\left\langle i_{X}H,i_{Y}H\right\rangle \). The classical Ricci flow corresponds to the case with \(H=0\). The purpose of the paper is to prove results concerning the solution to the generalized Ricci flow and especially geometric and analytic bounds, which are analogous to that obtained for the Ricci flow. The author first recalls that given a solution \( (M,g_{t},H_{t})\) to the generalized Ricci flow, a one-parameter family \(\phi _{t}\) is the dilaton flow if \(\square \phi =\frac{1}{6}\left\vert H\right\vert ^{2}\), where \(\square =\partial _{t}-\Delta _{g(t)}\) is the heat operator coupled with the flow. He proves properties of the heat operator and of the dilaton flow. He defines the conjugate heat operator, the weighted conjugate heat operator, the weighted Nash entropy \[ \mathcal{N} ^{\phi }[g,f,\tau ]=\int fd\nu -\frac{n}{2}, \] where \(d\nu =((4\pi \tau )^{-n/2}e^{-f}e^{-\phi })dg\), and the weighted Perelman entropy \[ \mathcal{W}^{\phi }[g,f,\tau ]=\int (\tau R^{f+\phi }+f-n)d\nu. \] The heat kernel is the unique solution \(K(x,t;y,s)\in C^{\infty }(\{x,y\in M\), \( t>s\}\); \(\mathbb{R}_{+})\) to the problem \[ \square_{x,t}K(x,t;y,s)=0, \lim_{t\searrow s}K(x,t;y,s)=\delta_{y}(x). \] The conjugate heat kernel is defined in a similar way. The generalized pointed Nash entropy is defined as: \(\mathcal{N}_{x,t}^{H}(\tau )=\mathcal{N}_{x,t}^{\phi }(\tau )-\frac{1}{3 }P_{x,t}(\tau )\), and the generalized pointed Perelman entropy as: \( \mathcal{W}_{x,t}^{H}(\tau )=\mathcal{W}_{x,t}^{\phi }(\tau )-\frac{1}{3} (\Psi _{x,t}(\tau )+P_{x,t}(\tau ))\), where \[ \Psi _{x,t}(\tau )=\int_{t-\tau }^{t}\int_{M}\left\vert H\right\vert ^{2}d\nu _{x,t;s}ds, P_{x,t}(\tau )=\int_{0}^{\tau }s^{-1}\Psi _{x,t}(s)ds. \] The first main result is an upper bound for the pointed Nash entropy \(\mathcal{N}^{\phi }\) around the \(H_{n}\)-center \((z,t_{0}-r^{2})\) of \((x_{0},t_{0})\), which extends that of \textit{R. H. Bamler} proved in [``Entropy and heat kernel bounds on a Ricci flow background'', Preprint, \url{arXiv:2008.07093})]. The second main result is an upper bound for the heat kernel in terms of the pointed Nash entropy. The author also proves an upper bound for \(\left\vert \nabla _{x}K\right\vert \). He then proves a lower estimate for the backward parabolic curvature radius defined by \[ r_{\mathrm{Rm}}(x,t)=\sup\{r>0:\left\vert \mathrm{Rm} \right\vert \leq r^{-2}\mbox{ on } B(x,t,r)\times \lbrack t-r^{2},t]\}. \] The paper ends with the proof of integral and pointwise bounds on \(H\).
