    Consider a finite-dimensional smooth closed Riemannian manifold \(M\) and denote the corresponding metric by \(d_M\). Let \(f : M \to M\) be a \(C^1\) partially hyperbolic diffeomorphism with splitting \(TM = E^u \oplus E^c \oplus E^s\). The diffeomorphism \(f\) is called \textit{Lyapunov stable} if given any \(\epsilon > 0\) there exists \(\delta > 0\) such that for any \(C^1\)-arc \(\gamma\) tangent to \(E^c\) with length less than \(\delta\), the curves \(f^n(\gamma)\), \(n \in \mathbb{N}\), all have length less than \(\epsilon\). Given \(n \geq 1\) and \(\epsilon > 0\), define the metric \[ d_n(x, y) := \max\{ d_M(f^i(x), f^i(y)) : i = 0, 1, \dots , n-1 \} . \] A \textit{\(*\)-Bowen ball} with \(* \in \{u, cs\}\) is a set of the form \[ B^*_n(x, \epsilon) := \{ y \in W^*_{loc}(x) : d_n(x, y) \} , \] and the potential \(\varphi : M \to \mathbb{R}\) has the \textit{\(*\)-Bowen property} if there exists \(\epsilon > 0\) such that \[ \sup\{ |S_n\varphi(x) - S_n\varphi(y)| : y \in B^*_n(x, \epsilon), x \in M, n \in \mathbb{N} \} < \infty . \] Denote by \(C_B(M)\) the set of all the continuous potentials \(\varphi : M \to \mathbb{R}\) that satisfy both the \(u\)-Bowen and \(cs\)-Bowen properties. It is known that for any topologically transitive and Lyapunov stable \(C^1\) partially hyperbolic diffeomorphism and each \(\varphi \in C_B(M)\) there exists a unique equilibrium state for \(\varphi\). The main results in this work show some properties of such an equilibrium state: (1) Let \(f : M \to M\) be a \(C^1\) partially hyperbolic diffeomorphism which is topologically mixing and Lyapunov stable, and let \(\varphi \in C_B(M)\). Then the unique equilibrium state for \(\varphi\) has the Bernoulli property; (2) Consider \(\alpha > 0\) and let \(f : M \to M\) be a \(C^{1 + \alpha}\) volume-preserving partially hyperbolic diffeomorphism which is topologically mixing and Lyapunov stable. If the center stable foliation is absolutely continuous, then the volume has the Bernoulli property; (3) Let \(f : M \to M\) be a \(C^1\) partially hyperbolic diffeomorphism which is topologically mixing and Lyapunov stable. Then for any \(\varphi \in C_B(M)\) there exists a unique \(u\)-equilibrium state which has the Bernoulli property.
