Agenda for the Milestones Meeting

Zeitpunkt: Montags, 10:00 Uhr (1h) (Usually weekly, occassionally this meeting)

Initial items are like in the weekly.

Close milestones which have been finished
Clarify which milestones we are working on currently
Clarify which milestones are next after the current ones
Ensure that the current milestones are covered by epics
Ensure that for the current milestones are covered by epics
Ensure that there are clear criteria for finishing the milestones within the corresponding epics.
Have a look at the big picture (roadmap) once in a while.

One person is choosen to do a protocol, template can be found here (this is another template than the weekly-template)
Organizational Epic ( organizational epic ), suggestions for discussion topics can be placed by adding them to "Current Topics" in the first comment.
While going through the existing GitHub Epics
- Edit existing issues (with questions and answers)
- Check which issues can be closed
- Plan future efforts (define issues)
- Identify and create new epics
Bugs and Non-Epic issues discussion.
