A Lie grading which is not a semigroup grading
From MaRDI portal
Abstract: This note is devoted to the construction of a graded Lie algebra, whose grading is not given by a semigroup.
In this note, the author points out that he has observed a mistake in the proof of an assertion by Patera and Zassenhaus published in 1989 and provides a counterexample of this assertion by constructing a graded Lie algebra whose grading is not given by a semigroup.
