A generalization of a modular identity of Rogers
From MaRDI portal
The author establishes some very general theta function identities, generalizing work of Schröter, Rogers, Bressoud and Blecksmith-Brillhart-Gerst. He discusses applications to Ramanujan's forty identities for the Rogers-Ramanujan functions and also deduces some new identities.
