A generalized polygamma function
From MaRDI portal
Abstract: We study the properties of a function (the generalized polygamma function), intimately connected with the Hurwitz zeta function and defined for complex values of the variables and , which is entire in the variable and reduces to the usual polygamma function for a non-negative integer , and to the balanced negapolygamma function for a negative integer .
