Algorithm for solving an inverse problem of shell theory
From MaRDI portal
An inverse problem of shell theory is examined in a variational statement and its functional is presented in discrete form. A solution to the inverse problem is found in two stages: an initial approximation is formed and then it is refined by means of the gradient method. Direct problems of shell theory are solved by the method of parameter continuations.
