Algorithm of smooth interpolation restricted on surfaces
From MaRDI portal
The author constructs a function restricted on a smooth surface which interpolates to a collection of scattered functional data on the surface in three dimensional real space. The construction process for the original problem is converted into the general interpolation problem on the plane.
