An algorithm for integrating the Schrödinger equation
From MaRDI portal
Presented here is an algorithm tailored to solve the radial Schrödinger equation for the case of proton scattering from an optical potential. The algorithm is straightforward to use and results in significant increase in speed, around a factor of 2 at least, over the conventional Numerov algorithm.
