An operational solution of the Maxwell field equations.

From MaRDI portal

Ihre Lösung gestattet folgende Darstellung: \[ v=\operatornamewithlimits{l.i.m.}_{A\to\infty}\frac1{(2\pi)^{\frac32}}\cdot \iiint\limits_{-A}^{\;\;\;\;+A}D(x_1-x,y_1-y,z_1-z;t,A)v_0(x_1,y_1,z_1)\,dx_1\,dy_1\,dz_1, \] wo \(D\) eine gewisse Matrix ist und \(v_0\) den Anfangszustand des Feldes beschreibt. Wegen der Methode vgl. \textit{H. Stone}: Linear transformations in Hilbert space (1932; F. d. M. \(58_{\text{I}}\), 420-422). (IV 8 A.)
