For the difference equation NEWLINE\[NEWLINEy_{n+1}- y_n+q_ny_{n-\tau}=0NEWLINE\]NEWLINE with a positive integer \(\tau\) and an oscillating sequence \(q_n\) a new criterion is given such that every solution \(y_n\) oscillates.
