Analysis of quantum and waveguide properties of multilayered nanostructures and microstructures
From MaRDI portal
The author continues his earlier studies of quantum properties of multiple quantum wells in layered structures. An equation for the energy eigenvalues of a quantum particle in a multilayer nanostructure is deduced. Also, a dispersion equation for a multilayered optical waveguide is proposed.
