Tldr We propose a three-step procedure for certifying reachability sets of nonlinear reaction-diffusion systems with parametric uncertainties. We provide explicit bounds on approximation errors introduced by finite element discretization and reduced-order modeling, enabling us to obtain an over-approximation of the reachable set.
