Coerciveness property for a class of non-smooth functionals
From MaRDI portal
The authors prove a general coerciveness property for a class of non-smooth functionals satisfying a Palais-Smale type condition. Some comparison with other results in the subject is provided. The technique used is Clarke calculus with generalized gradients and Ekeland's variational principle.
