Defect relation of n + 1 components through the GCD method
Using the GCD method, the authors generalize the defect inequality for algebraically nondegenerate holomorphic curves \(f\colon \mathbb{C}\rightarrow \mathbb{CP}^n\) and \(n+1\) hypersurfaces in \(\mathbb{CP}^n\) obtained by \textit{Z. Chen} et al. [Sci. China, Math. 68, No. 12, 2847--2866 (2025; Zbl 08123849)] to the case of moving targets. Furthermore, the authors relax the condition that \(f\) is algebraically non-degenerate to the condition that the image of \(f\) is not contained in a proper subvariety which can be effectively pre-determined and is independent of \(f\), in the spirite of the strong logarithmic Green-Griffiths-Lang conjecture.
