Review text

This article is devoted to extend Landau's theory of \(\varepsilon\)-eigenvalue to some positively homogeneous multivalued operators. Several results concerning monotonicity properties, companion functions, amenability, the resolvent, and the spectral threshold are obtained. In the author's opinion, ``the paper sheds fresh light on many features of the original theory.
