Abstract: In the paper, it is proved that if a finite group $G$ possesses a $pi$-Hall subgroup for a set $pi$ of primes, then every normal subgroup $A$ of $G$ possesses a $pi$-Hall subgroup $H$ such that $G=A{N}_G(H)$.
