Generalized Hyers-Ulam stability of second-order linear differential equations using Laplace transform
From MaRDI portal
This paper investigates the Hyers-Ulam stability and Hyers-Ulam-Rassias stability of both homogeneous and nonhomogeneous second-order linear differential equations using the Laplace transform method. Notably, our results ensure stability over unbounded intervals. In certain cases, the derived Hyers-Ulam constants coincide with the optimal known constants. Additionally, the findings depend on the convergence of the Laplace transform for a specified function.
