Generalized weak functions
From MaRDI portal
The authors consider generalized numbers, weak functions and generalized weak functions. All of these are defined by means of formal series. They prove that the product of any two weak functions is a generalized weak function. So they solve the problem of the multiplication of two generalized functions. Several examples are given.
