This paper introduces higher analogues for cleavages in the context of (Kan) simplicial fibrations, applying them to obtain geometric models for representations up to homotopy. The main result goes as follows:\N\NTheorem. Given a higher Lie groupoid , the semi-direct product yields an equivalence\N\[\N\ltimes:\mathrm{Rep}_{\geq0}^{\infty}\left( G\right) \rightarrow \mathrm{VB}_{+}^{\infty}\left( G\right)\N\]\Nbetween the category of (nonnegatively graded) representations up to homotopy \(R:G\curvearrowright E\) and the category of higher vector bundles \(q:V\rightarrow G\) rigged with a normal weakly flat cleavage as objects and weakly flat morphisms as arrows.\N\NThe synopsis of the paper goes as follows:\N\N\begin{itemize}\N\item[\S 2] sets some notations and conventions about simplicial sets, introducing (higher) coverages and the notion of flatness.\N\N\item[\S 3] reviews the classical Dold-Kan correspondence [\textit{A. Dold}, Ann. Math. (2) 68, 54--80 (1958; Zbl 0082.37701); \textit{D. M. Kan}, Trans. Am. Math. Soc. 87, 330--346 (1958; Zbl 0090.39001)], presenting a new formula for the inverse functor and remarking the relations with higher groupoids and cleavages.\N\N\item[\S 4] gives a quick review of LIe groupoids and higher Lie groupoids as well as of representations and representations up to homotopy. The authors pay special attention to the 2-term case and its correspondence with VB-groupoids.\N\N\item[\S 5] introduces higher vector bundles and their cleavages, offering alternative formulations and presenting main examples.\N\N\item[\S 6] establishes the first half of the main theorem. The authors present their semi-direct product construction, starting with a representation up to homotopy \(R:G\curvearrowright E\) and producing a well-defined higher vector bundle \(\left( G\ltimes_{R}E\right) \rightarrow G\).\N\N\item[\S 7] establighes the remaining half of the main theorem. The authors address the push-forwards in the smooth linear setting, showing that a higher vector bundle rigged with a suitable cleavage splits into a representation up to homotopy.\N\N\item[\S 8] lists some work in progress, describing potential applications and presenting some open problems (existence of cleavages and the derived equivalence, tensor products, associated bundle construction for \(\infty\)-local systems, Lie theory and Morita invariance of higher vector bundles).\N\end{itemize}
