Let \(A\) be a self-injective Artin algebra and \(M\) a self-orthogonal Nakayama-stable generator in \(A\)-\(\mathbf{mod}\). That is, \(M\) is a finitely generated \(A\)-module such that \(\mathbf{add}(M)=\mathbf{add}(\nu M)\), \(A\in \mathbf{add}(M)\), and \(\mathbf{Ext}^{i}_A (M,M)=0\) \(\forall i>0\). The main result of the reviewed article shows four conditions equivalent to \(M\) being projective. This can be understood as a characterization of a special case of Tachikawa's second conjecture (see [\textit{H. Tachikawa}, Quasi-Frobenius rings and generalizations. QF-3 and QF-1 rings. Notes by Claus Michael Ringel. Berlin-Heidelberg-New York: Springer-Verlag (1973; Zbl 0271.16004)]). As a consequence of this result, it is shown that Nakayama conjecture holds for Gorenstein-Morita algebras (see [\textit{T. Nakayama}, Abh. Math. Semin. Univ. Hamb. 22, 300--307 (1958; Zbl 0082.03004)]).\N\NThe proof of the main result depends on the construction of a recollement of triangulated categories. Specifically, it is shown that the stable category \(A\)-\(\underline{\mathbf{Mod}}\) admits a recollement \((\underline{M}^{\bot},A\text-\underline{\mathbf{Mod}}, \mathbf{Loc}(\underline{M}))\), where \(\underline{M}^{\bot}=\{X\in A\text-\underline{\mathbf{Mod}}\,|\;\underline{\mathbf{Hom}}(M,X[n])=0\,\forall n\in \mathbb{Z}\}\) and \(\mathbf{Loc}(\underline{M})\) is the smallest full triangulated subcategory containing \(M\) closed under coproducts. The authors prove that this recollement can be restricted to a recollement \((\underline{M}^{\bot},\mathcal{G}/\mathbf{Add}(M),(\mathcal{G}\cap \mathcal{S})/\mathbf{Add}(M))\), where \(\mathcal{G}:=\{X\in A\text-\mathbf{Mod} | \mathbf{Ext}^i (M,X)=0=\mathbf{Ext}^i (X,M)\forall i>0\}\) and \(\mathcal{S}\) is the smallest thick subcategory sontaining \(M\) closed under direct summands. It is also worth mentioning that the authors show that the category \(\mathcal{G}\) is equivalent to the category \(\mathcal{GP}(\Lambda)\) of Gorenstein-projective \(\Lambda\)-modules, where \(\Lambda\) is the algebra of \(A\)-endomorphisms of \(M\). Furthermore, there is an equivalence of triangulated categories \(\mathcal{G}/\mathbf{Add}(M) \cong \underline{ \mathcal{GP}(\Lambda)}\), where \(\underline{\mathcal{GP}(\Lambda)}\) is the subcategory of \(\Lambda\text -\underline{\mathbf{Mod}}\) corresponding to the Gorenstein-projective \(\Lambda\)-modules.
