Identification for a nonlinear periodic wave equation
From MaRDI portal
The authors deal with the identification of the nonlinearity in a nonlinear one-dimensional periodic wave equation. They propose an approximation procedure of identification based on the least squares method. A numerical algorithm of gradient type is also given.
