The paper deals with the existence and uniqueness of a regular solution for some inflow-outflow problems for the Euler equations for a barotropic inviscid fluid in a bounded rectangular cylinder. It is assumed that the fluid flows in through one rectangular base of the cylinder and flows out through another one. Moreover, the fluid satisfies the slip condition on the lateral area of the cylinder. On both the bases of the cylinder the flow is assumed to be either supersonic or subsonic.
