In [J. Differ. Equations 26, 347--374 (1977; Zbl 0356.34067)] \textit{J. J. Moreau} introduced and illustrated the theory of sweeping process differential inclusions with mechanical applications. Following him, several authors produced various contributions, both with and without Lipschitz perturbations.\N\NIn this paper, the authors consider the existence and uniqueness of right-continuous solutions to the sweeping process integro-differential inclusion of the form\N\[\N-du \in N_{C(t)}(u(t)) + f_{1}(t, u(t)) + \int_{T_{0}}^{t} f_{2}(t, s, u(s))\,ds \tag{\(\ast\)}\N\]\Nwith \(u(T_{0}) = u_{0} \in C(T_{0})\), where \(I = [T_{0}, T]\), \(H\) is a Hilbert space, and \(f_{1}: I \times H \rightarrow H\) and \(f_{2}: I \times I \times H \rightarrow H\) are mappings satisfying suitable conditions. \N\NIn \((\ast)\), \(N_{C(t)}(\cdot)\) denotes the normal cone to the set \(C(t)\) in \(H\), which is assumed to be prox-regular and to evolve in such a way that its variation \(\mathrm{var}_{C}(\cdot)\) on the interval \(I\), with respect to the Hausdorff-Pompeiu distance, is bounded and right-continuous.\N\NAn application to electric circuits with high-power fractional-order capacitors is provided.
