Intelligent control with relative entropy minimizing
In the opinion of the present author, some inconvenient restrictions were present in the proof of ``the increasing precision with decreasing intelligence (IPDI) principle given by \textit{G. N. Saridis} [Automatica 25, 461-467 (1989; Zbl 0691.68090)].NEWLINENEWLINENEWLINEA new proof of the IPDI principle is given from the point of view of neural network and cognition-psychology. The theory of intelligent control and the intelligent behavior of an intelligent system are discussed by minimizing the relative entropy. Several algorithms and theorems for the learning process of intelligent systems are also indicated.
