Invariant-theoretic methods in scene analysis and structural mechanics
From MaRDI portal
This article is an introduction and invitation to two domains of applications of invariant theory: the analysis of polyhedral scenes and the mechanics of bar-and-joint structures. The author discusses several examples and points to some unsolved problems.
