\textit{M. Gromov} [Geom. Funct. Anal. 13, No. 1, 73--146 (2003; Zbl 1122.20021)] developed a set of harmonic analysis tools allowing to establish general fixed point theorems for finitely generated groups acting isometrically on non-positively curved spaces. The aim of this paper is to extend these tools in a measure theoretical dynamical framework to get rigidity results in orbit equivalence theory.
