Let \(R\) be an associative algebra over a field \(k\) and \(P\) a prime ideal in \(R\) with the Amitsur-Martindale ring \(A\) of quotients of \(R/P\). The prime ideal \(P\) is rational if the center of \(A\) is equal to \(k\). Suppose that \(G\) is a group of \(k\)-algebra automorphisms of \(R\). A proper \(G\)-stable ideal \(I\) in \(R\) is \(G\)-prime, if \(AB\subseteq I\) for some \(G\)-stable ideals implies either \(A\subseteq I\) or \(B\subseteq I\). Suppose that \(k\) is algebraically closed and \(G\) an affine algebraic group acting rationally (some finiteness conditions) on \(R\). Then the map \(P\mapsto\bigcap_{g\in G}gP\) maps the set of rational ideals of \(R\) onto \(G\)-rational ideals of \(R\) and each fibre is a \(G\)-orbit of \(G\) in the set of rational ideals in \(R\). As an example the author considers the case when \(R\) is the universal enveloping algebra of a finite dimensional Lie \(k\)-algebra in characteristic zero.
