This paper continues the study of dihedral folding tilings of the sphere \(S^2\) first introduced by \textit{A. M. d'A. Breda} and \textit{A. F. Santos} [Beitr. Algebra Geom. 45, No.~2, 447--461 (2004; Zbl 1084.52011)]. Here dihedral folding tilings by spherical triangles and \(r\)-sided regular polygons, \(r\geq 5\), are studied. This means that each tile is congruent to either a fixed spherical triangle or to a fixed spherical \(r\)-sided regular polygon, and that each vertex has even degree, with the sums of alternate angles equal. These tilings are related to isometric foldings of Riemannian manifolds [\textit{S. A. Robertson}, Proc. Royal Soc. Edinb. Sect. A 79, 275--284 (1977; Zbl 0418.53016)]. A classification is given, including the combinatorial structure and symmetry group of each tiling.
